He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Bernard and Alice Wright Cox; his wife Betty Jean Emerald; and his siblings, James T. Cox, Arlie Bernard Cox Jr., William T. Cox, Donny Charles Cox, Mary Alice Wilhelm, Margaret Feller and Alta Jean Meier.
He is survived by: his daughter Connie Kerth of Union, KY; his grandchildren, Danielle and Jared Kerth; and his siblings, Richard Anthony Cox of Arizona and Rose Marie Dula of Georgia.
