He is survived by: his wife Mary Ruth Kunkel; and his children, Bernie Kunkel (Angela), Donald Kunkel (Teresa), Bill Kunkel (Karen), Joe Kunkel (Mary), Paul Kunkel (Anne), Larry Kunkel (Alice), Tommy Kunkel (Samantha), David Kunkel (Betsy), Philip Kunkel (Maria), Ruth Ann Bolte and Janet Naegele (Donny). He is also survived by his 97 grandchildren, and 112 great grandchildren.
