She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bates and Mary Bates; and her husband Porter R. Lanigan. She is survived by: her children, Randy Lanigan, Barbara Ruehl, Michael Lanigan and Darell Lanigan; and her pet Rosie. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
