He is survived by: his father James Philpot, Sr.; his wife Kay Martin Philpot; his children, Megan Napier (Austin) of London and Wesley Philpot (Lily) of La Ceiba, Honduras; his siblings, Jim Philpot (Lynn) of Kings Mill, OH, Juanita Brinson (David) of Batavia, OH, Trish Belcher (Otis) of Pennington Gap, VA, Deb Blair (Wally) of Mt. Vernon, KY and Regina Johnson of Junction City, KY; and his granddaughter Oakleigh Napier.
