We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2024, at the age of 84, Peggy L. Welter of Union, Kentucky, born in Titusville, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Peggy L. Welter to pay them a last tribute.

In bidding Peggy adieu, let us not mourn the silence that now fills the spaces Peggy once occupied, but rather celebrate the vibrant colors she painted upon the canvas of our lives. For while she may have departed from this earthly realm, her spirit remains a beacon of light, guiding us through the darkest of nights.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Ohl and Dolores Ohl. She is survived by : her husband Mike of Union, KY; her children, Michael Welter Jr. (Kristin) of Woodenville, WA, Sandra Wodskow of Union, KY, Bobbi Henderson of Oil City and Rachael Welter of Oil City; and her sister Connie Pursley (Eldon) of French Lick, IN. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1449 Thompson Rd, Franklin, PA 16323). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
