It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Edward Rutar of Union, Kentucky, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on November 6, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Walter Rutar. He is survived by: his mother Tellulah Rutar; his wife Stacie; his children, Andrew Rutar, Robyn Rutar, Savannah Rutar and Mia Rutar; his stepchildren, Jacob Cahill (Alicia), Chelsea Cahill and Brooklynn Cahill; his grandson Adam; his brothers, David Rutar, Keith Rutar, Tim Rutar (Marta) and James Rutar (Angie); his parents-in-law, Hope Stone and Larry Stone of Union, Kentucky; his siblings-in-law, Chad Stone and Kami Stone of Florence; and his siblings' children, Ally and Trent. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
