He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wayne Noble and Mary Jean Hubbard Noble; and his sister Paula Jean Ratcliff. He is survived by: his sister Robin Walton (Chris); his brother-in-law Chris Ratcliff; and his nephew Joshua Densler. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the BIG Bone Baptist Church (11036 Big Bone Rd, Union, KY 41091).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Randy's memory are suggested to Big Bone Baptist Church.
