It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dozer Yates of Uniontown, Kentucky, who passed away on July 28, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Yates and Anna Yates; his son Jody Yates; and his sisters, Wanda Creekmore and Sharon Patterson.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Yates of Uniontown, KY; his sons, Josh Yates of Corydon, KY and Jake Yates (Stacey) of Corydon, KY; his grandson Victor Cole Yates; and his sister Carolyn Dossett.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church (401 5th St, Uniontown, KY 42461). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
