He is survived by: his wife Diane Conley of Uniontown, KY; his children, Sonya (Alan Gough), Krystal (Chuck Smith) and Bradley (Helen Conley); and his grandchildren, Tinsleigh Self, Scarlett Self, Memphis Smith and Knox Smith.
