He was predeceased by: his father Bernard Gerald Greenwell; and his brother Gary Greenwell. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Greenwell of Uniontown, KY; his wife Camille Greenwell; his children, Tyler Greenwell (Erin) of Uniontown, KY, Lauren Krampe (Nick) of Henderson, KY and Audrey Greenwell (Caleb Henshaw) of Uniontown, KY; his grandchildren, Knox, Axton, Nora Greenwell, Liza Krampe and Houston Henshaw; and his sisters, Karen Berry (Mark), Kim Prendeville (Michael) and Kelly Duckworth (Michael). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church (401 5th St, Uniontown, KY 42461). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
