She was predeceased by: her mother Lucille Moyer; her husband Ray Henry, Sr.; her son Ray Henry, Jr.; her sister Sandy Trail; and her grandparents, Lewis and Katie Wright.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Henry (Debbie) of Sturgis, KY, Russell Henry of Evansville, IN., Sabrina Tate (Tony) of Sturgis, KY and Katie Boyd (Eric).
