He was predeceased by: his parents, Monika Hoter Nowak and Henry Thomas Nowak; and his brother Timothy Nowak. He is survived by: his sisters, Elizabeth Nowak of Upton, KY and Angela Nowak of Upton, KY; and his nephew Chogan Martin of Upton, KY..
