She is survived by: her children, Dale Caswell of Upton, KY, Timothy Caswell (JoAnne) of Louisville, KY, Anthony Caswell of Louisville, KY and Monica Caswell of Louisville. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
