She was predeceased by : her husband Thelbert L Booker; her parents, Harvey Goldsmith and Melicca Jaggers Goldsmith; and her siblings, James, Charles, Lonnie, Edward Goldsmith, Edna Combs, Freda Sullivan, Stella Routt, Jenna Lucas and Priscilla Lewis.
She is survived by : her children, Terry Booker (Christy) of Upton, KY and Judy Booker Haycraft (Lanny) of Clarkson, KY.; her grandchildren, Robbie Haycraft (Tammy), Davey Haycraft (Melanie), Jessicca Haycraft Block (Cory), Leandra Haycraft McClellan (Michael), Levi Booker (Renee) and J. T. Booker; her great grandchildren, Natalie, Landon Haycraft, Mason, Bailey McClellan and Noell Raymer; her sister Fontia G Brackett; and her sister-in-law Lois Goldsmith.
