He is survived by: his wife Karen Hollingshead; his son Dan Hollingshead; his grandchildren, Joey Thatcher and Moriah Hollingshead; and his siblings, Charles Hollingshead (Connie), Freda Strauser (Gerry) and Pete Hollingshead (Dottie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
