With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Hazel Heath of Upton, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Hazel left this world on July 21, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Turner and Thelma Bennett; her husbands, William Thomas Heath, Sr. and Kenneth Meredith; and her daughter Teresa Huff.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Hatfield (Jerry), Bill Heath (Rita), Tommy Heath (Tijuana) and Denesa Sullivan; her stepsons, Martin Meredith, Mark Meredith (Anna), Michael Meredith (Marsha) and Rocky Barth (Frances); her grandchildren, Christie Wheeler (Casey), Chase Clark, Amy Roten (Jason) and T. J. Heath (Tonuea); and her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Wheeler (Jarett), Austin Wheeler, Ashlee Cheek (Micah), Alyssa Clark, Alexia Clark, Autumn Ledbetter (Dalton), Athena Thompson (Noah), Atley Roten, Kennedy Heath, Lane Heath, Payton Heath, Allyson Copeland, Madelyn Copeland, Keilyn Jones, Trent Warden, Braydon Crowe, Kamden Crowe, Barton Crowe and Ezra.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sego Funeral Home (114 W South St, Munfordville, KY 42765). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
