He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hornback and Dorothy Riggs Hornback; and his siblings, David, Gary Hornback and Wanda Routt.
He is survived by: his wife Melissa Hornback of Upton, KY; his children, Casey Hornabck (Samantha) of Upton, KY and Brittany Hornback (Stephen Adams) of Magnolia, KY; his siblings, Shirley Wease of Upton, KY, Becky Booker of Elizabethtown, KY, Donnie Hornback of Upton, KY and Doug Hornback; and his grandchildren, Zane Litherland and Melanie Vandergriff.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Olive Hill Missionary Baptist Church (1975 Silver Mine Rd, Sonora, KY 42776).
