He is survived by : his children, Jeremy Heath of Louisville, KY, Amie Spies of Louisville, KY and Jaclyn Fields (Martin) of Louisville, KY; and his sister Betty Salsman of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
