He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lee Hornback and Katheryn Hornback Allen; and his sister Marla Sharon Hornback. He is survived by: his sister Symantha Thomas (Billy) of New Salisbury, IN; his aunt Lucille Steele; his uncle Homer Hornback, Jr.; his cousins, Lisa Steele and Loren Steele; and his niece Crystal Scott.
