He was predeceased by: his parents, George Thomas Smith (Tom) and Linda Jo Smith; his sister Kara Smith; and his cousin Rhonda Guidry. He is survived by: his sisters, Teresa Hall (Mike) of Fishers, Indiana, Lisa Jeffries (Bronnie) of Glendale and Jessica Campbell (Adam) of Summit; his nieces and nephews, Cole, Brady, Gage, Tucker, Carter, Carson and Madi; his cousins, Marcie Britain (Daron) of Etown, Lea Anne, Travis Bunch of Upton and David Smith (Stephanie); his pet Cave; and his uncle Jerry Bevars of Upton. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles & cousins he loved.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sego Funeral Home (114 W South St, Munfordville, KY 42765). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lucas Grove Baptist Church by mail at 3895 Millerstown Rd., Upton, KY 42784.
