It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara V. Fulkerson of Utica, Kentucky, who passed away on November 4, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Vowels and Leona Sparks Vowels; and her son Eric Fulkerson. She is survived by: her husband Preston Fulkerson; her children, Michael Fulkerson (Christi) of Springfield, TN, Kathy Criswell (Jim) of Utica, Kevin Fulkerson (Debbie) of Morgantown and Perry Fulkerson (Fran) of Antioch, TN; her daughter-in-law Lisa Fulkerson; and her sister Jacqueline Mann of Owensboro. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and thirty-nine great grandchildren.
