He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Wink and Susan Greenwell Wink; his children, Theresa Wink Bennett and Allen Wink; and his siblings, Martha Jane Lashbrook, Rose Wink, Bobby Wink, Tony Wink, Paul Wink and Bernie Wink.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Wink; his children, Eddie Wink (Karen) of Mt. Juliet, TN, Lisa VanBussum (Sam) of Owensboro, Lucy Kaelin (Steve) of Owensboro and Dale Wink (Leslie) of Utica; and his siblings, Richard Wink of Owensboro, Sue Smith of Hardinsburg, Julia Rynerson of Franklin, Mary Alice Stratman of Newburgh, Carol Smith of Owensboro and Annette Stiff of Forest, Virginia. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
