He is survived by: his wife Deratha "Dee" Smith of Utica, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Ceara Smith Raymer (Chad) of Whitesville and Chance Smith of Biloxi, Mississippi; his great grandchild Allie Mae Raymer of Whitesville, Kentucky; Philip Mark Smith of Williams and Jennie Lee Chastain (Albert) of Mitchell.
