He was predeceased by: his parents, Coleman Chenault and Alberta Chenault; and his sisters, Lavenia Coffey Travis and Sue Gross. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Chenault; his children, Jeff Chenault and Jenni Gilkey (Mike); his grandchildren, Garrett Gilkey, Grant Gilkey, Gatton Gilkey (Lacey) and Walter Bailey Chenault; his great grandchildren, Morgan, Easley, Grayson, Cole, Max and Iver; his brother Larry Chenault (Linda); and his pet Robbie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
