He was predeceased by: his parents, Leamon Harl Taylor and Mildred Catherine Crabtree Taylor; his wife Bonnie Taylor; his son Stephen W. Taylor; his grandson Ian Taylor; and his sisters, Janet Delk, Joyce Schafer and Wanda Schiller.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Farmer (Ed) and Tim Taylor (Anne); his grandchildren, Rian Taylor (Christina), Nolan Taylor (April), Caleb Taylor (Morgan), Anna Bowen (Sean), Kerry Taylor, Hannah White (Nolan) and Chelsea Taylor; and his sisters, Sharon Dahl of Owensboro, Glenda Smith (Glenn) of Sacramento and Marqueta Scott of Hopkinsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
