She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth E. Powell; her parents, Albert R. Jackey and Henrietta Heeke Jackey; her son John Powell; and her brother Bill Jackey.
She is survived by: her children, David Powell (Dottie), Theresa Powell and Brenda Powell; her daughter-in-law Lanita Beavers-Powell; her granddaughters, Cori Renn (Tristan), Taylor Case (Bryan), Megan Windle (Matt), Jorden Claycomb (Hayden) and Eden Humphrey; her great grandchildren, Zoe, Sola, Elijah John, Mackenzie, Jackson and Hazel; and her brother Eugene Jackey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and close friends.
