He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Hall Wells; his children, Wendell Lee Wells (Kathy) of Van Lear, Justin Blake Wells (Brittany) of Auxier, Kentucky and Deidre Renae Blanton of Van Lear, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Hallanee Craft (Johnny), Leannah Wells, Jacob Wells, Daniel Wells, Rebecca Wells, Journee Wells, Julionna Wells and Josie Wells.
