He is survived by : his wife Kathy Short Rowland; his sons, Keith Rowland of Georgetown, KY and Heath Rowland of Soddy Daisy, TN; and his siblings, Stoney Rowland of Whitehouse, KY, Rocky Rowland of Stanton, KY, John Rowland of Morristown, TN, Hannah Williams of Morristown, TN, Lecia Rowland and Tonya Rowland of Morristown, TN.
