He is survived by: his wife Connie Baker Fraley; his daughter Charli Howard (Justin Blanton) of Paintsville, Kentucky; his stepchildren, Tiffany Adams (Jay) of Hyden, Kentucky, Steven Davidson (Katie) of London and Zackary Goodwin of Paintsville, Kentucky; his siblings, Johnny Fraley (Sandra) of Macon, Chris Fraley of Bloomington, Indiana and Connie Hand of Hastings, Michigan; and his grandchildren, Landon Howard, Elyza Howard, Pyper Williams, Danny Blanton, Caden Shepherd, Noah Adams, Hayliegh Adams, Mason Davidson and Shelby Daivdson.
