He is survived by: his children, Kelley Armstrong (Ronald) of Wallingford, Kentucky. and Farrell Roger Mustard II of Vanceburg, Kentucky.; his brother Dale Mustard (Lois) of Tollesboro, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Kayla Dawn Armstrong, Cass Toller, Shauna'Gabby' Stout (Jason), Hayden Blake Mustard, Austin Kyle Mustard, David Dyer (Lisa) and Danny Dyer (Aimee).
