He is survived by: his wife Alice Nelson Kidwell; his daughters, Stacy Anne Kidwell of Morehead, KY and Tai Kidwell Hieneman (Keith) of Flatwoods, KY.; his daughter-in-law Mandy Kidwell of Flatwoods, KY.; his grandchildren, Carson Kidwell, Kate Kidwell, Alex Kidwell, Selah Kidwell, Claire Hieneman and Jack Hieneman; his siblings, Barry Gulley (Cindy) of Whiteburg, GA, Mark Kidwell (Monica) of Pensacola, FL., Tonia Berry (Charles) of Flemingsburg, KY, Ginger Miller (Gary) of Flemingsburg, KY, Dana Hammonds (David) of Hebron, KY and Tara Reed (Brian) of Lexington, KY; his uncle Kenneth Sapp; and his son Gary "Merle" Kidwell.
