She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Lewis of Vanceburg, KY.; her parents, George Smith and Lula Mae Smith; and her brothers, Rick Smith and Kenneth Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin, Meghan Lewis of Mechanicsville, VA, Keith and Kristi Lewis of Olive Hill, KY; her grandchildren, Ajalyn, Aowyn and Jonah; and her sister Kathy Henry. She is also survived by her family that includes her 2 sons.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Gaydos Funeral Home (159 2nd St, Vanceburg, KY 41179). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
