"Pic" Hill; his stepmother Katherine Hill; his parents-in-law, Wilbur and Nellie Thoroughman; and his brothers-in-law, George Hillis Thoroughman, David Hyrne and Gayle Thoroughman.
He is survived by: his wife Nellie Dianne Thoroughman Hill; his sons, Jeffrey Hill (Phyllis) of Burlington, Randall Hill (Robin) of Goshen, OH, Michael Hill of Ribolt and Jason Hill (Daniel) of Florence, KY.; his siblings, Roger Evans (Vickie) of Vanceburg, Lorna Hill Johnson of California, Kathy Stewart of San Angelo, Texas. and Denene Cochran of San Angelo, Texas.; and his siblings-in-law, James Thoroughman of Fort Thomas and Juanita Hyrne of Independence. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
