She is survived by : her husband Ernie Kelsey; her children, Jake Kelsey (Cheryl) of Olive Hill, Wayne Kelsey (Angela) of Morehead and Shirl Blair (Anthony) of West Liberty; her grandchildren, Crystal Surface-Parks (Andy), Chris Kelsey (Michaela) of Bobby Joe, Leeann Butler (Travis) and Cameron Joseph "CJ" Branham (Kari); her great grandchildren, Travin Butler, Caidin Kelsey, Tyler Branham and Jude Clark; and her siblings, Joe Kilgore (Vicky) of Lewis County, Troy Kilgore (Patty) of Lewis County, Vernon Kilgore (Wanda) of Carter County, Wanda Wagoner (Butch) of Carter County and Debra Enix (Trent) of Carter County. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and extended family and friends.
