He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Brown Smith of Vanceburg; his son Norman Smith (Kimberly) of Garrison; and his siblings, Wilma Chinn of Vanceburg, Rita Smith of Vanceburg, Audrey McCane of Vanceburg, Gary Smith (Sandy) of Vanceburg and Rick Smith (Candy) of Vanceburg.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gaydos Funeral Home (159 2nd St, Vanceburg, KY 41179). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
