He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Kilborn and Irene Smith Kilborn Allen; his daughter Sasha Lynn Kilburn; his stepdaughter Michelle Annette Fugate; and his brothers, Tommy Kilborn, J. D. "Buddy" Kilborn, Jr. and Jimmy Kilborn.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Fugate Kilburn of Vancleve, KY.; his children, Mary O'Kuly of Vancleve, KY, Sarah Lea Kilburn of Knott County, Irene Emily Kilburn of Western, KY., Harold Kilburn, Jr. of Jackson, KY and Richard Lee Kilburn of Vancleve, KY.; his siblings, Anthony Kilburn (Odessa), Wesley Kilburn (Mattalou) of Jackson, KY, Johnny Kilburn of Booneville, KY, Jeffrey Kilburn of Corbin, KY. and Linda Fugate of Campton, KY.; and his sister-in-law Faye Smith of Jackson, KY..
A burial was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Kilburn Cemetery.
