He is survived by: his wife Kayla Gabbard; his mother Barbara Gabbard; his grandparents, Darrell and Brenda Robinson; his parents-in-law, Peggy and Bobby Fraley; his brothers, Michael Gabbard and Brian Gabbard (Brittany); his siblings-in-law, John Thomas Mitchell Jr. (Seira) and Ashley Fraley; and his cousin Kristi Morgan (Scott Napier). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
