He is survived by: his children, Jason Maynard (Elizabeth) of Pikeville, KY and Tonya Maynard of Pikeville, KY; his grandchildren, Carson, Nolan, Annie Maynard and Hailey Corum; and his siblings, Donald Maynard of Virginia, Scotty of Virginia, Kenneth Maynard of Virginia, Sue Lowe, Connie Williamson of Michigan and Tina Robey of Virginia.
