She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma "Pearl" Haynes (Baker) and Roy B. Haynes; and her siblings, Donald "Pete" Haynes (Erlene) and Linda "Darlene" Haynes. She is survived by: her husband Dan Smock; her children, Danielle Fuller (Todd), Justin Smock (Deanna), Jared Smock (Theresa) and David "Kyle" Smock (Ivy); her brothers, David Haynes (Alice) and Dennis Haynes (Debbie); and her pet Abby. She is also survived by grandchildren.
Memorial donations can be made in her name to First Baptist Church of Walton.
