She was predeceased by: her mother Nettie Mae Epley; her husband Ed; her children, John Edward Southworth, Robert Lewis "Pug" Southworth and Christine Lee Southworth; her sister Elizabeth "Libby" McMahon; and her grandson Sean Wiley.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Southworth and Charles Edward Southworth (Jessica); her sister Janice Wilson; her grandchildren, Kerry Hannabach (Josh), Ashley Wiley, Zac Bowman (Kat), Kennedi Bowman, Matthew Baldwin, Bellah Baldwin and Jessica Southworth; and her great grandchildren, Reese Hannabach, Ryland Hannabach, Winter Bowman and Violet Bowman. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home (161 Broadway St, Versailles, KY 40383). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (3250 Versailles Rd, Frankfort, KY 40601).
