She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mullins and Clara Garrard; her parents-in-law, Arvil and Kay Crouch; and her brother David Mullins.

She is survived by: her husband Larry Crouch; her children, Stephen Crouch and Jaime Cheek (Billy); her grandchildren, Blakeley Cheek, Austin Cheek (Harlee), Katelyn Cheek and Easton Cheek; her great grandchildren, Harper Allgeier, Brantley Cheek and Clayton Cheek; and her siblings, William Mullins (Beverly), Shirley Convey Hall (Garland), Elizabeth DeBell and Michael Mullins (Linda).
