He is survived by: his wife Kitty Sallee; his sons, Philip Sallee (Billie) and Blake Sallee; his friends, Bobby Ragland, Riggs Williams, Walt Monroe, Marian Hudson, Lora Smith, Ruth Hedges, Evelyn Byrd and Marcia Egbert; Ed and Patty Wells.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested that donations be made in Chuck's name to Hospice of the Bluegrass Care Navigators.
