She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jackson and Sara Gray; her sister Thomasina Johnson; her brother-in-law Donnie Johnson; and her nephew Jermaine Johnson.

She is survived by: her daughters, Tamia Jackson and Tarmara Jackson Trujillo; her stepfather Garnett Gray; and her siblings, Darrick Briscoe (Tonya), Drew Chandler and Shannon Gay Thomas. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials contributions may be made to the family to assist with expenses and future needs following this unexpected loss.
