He is survived by: his father Duane Smith; his brothers, Ben Smith (Shelby) and Trey Smith (Sarah); and his aunts and uncles, Joan Jones (Carl), Bill Craig (Susan), David Craig (Audrey), Kathy Craig and Mitch Smith (Carol). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Blackburn & Ward Funeral Home (161 Broadway St, Versailles, KY 40383). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Midway Cemetery (431 E Stephens St, Midway, KY 40347).
