He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter E. Adkins and Opal Adkins; and his brothers, Bobby and Ronnie Adkins. He is survived by : his brother Rick Adkins (Carmen Maxson); his nephew Eric Adkins (Nikki); and his niece Angela Adkins.
