We announce the death of Donna Dunn Whitmer (Versailles, Kentucky), who passed away on August 13, 2026, at the age of 93. Donna will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Whitmer; her parents, Carl Alton and Mildred Frances Dunn (Capps); and her sisters, Paula Merrell and Saundra Alvarez.
She is survived by: her sister Cindy Jenkins; her children, Steve Whitmer (Linda) and Kim Munsterman (Don); her grandchildren, Todd Whitmer (Rosa), Jennifer Dunkley (Stephen) and Kelly Cable (Matthew); and her great grandchildren, Michael Whitmer, Charlotte Pitman (Kenan), Josiah Cable, Noah Cable (Maleah), Lydia Cable and Emelia Dunkley.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Versailles United Methodist Church, or a charity of one's choice.
