She was predeceased by: her parents, Irma Schuh and George Nowak; her husband William "Bill" Stilwell; and her son William Stilwell. She is survived by: her daughter Belen Angel; her grandchildren, Brooke Stilwell, Earle Stilwell, William Angel and Claire Angel; and her great grandchild Loreali Angel.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Saint Leo Catholic Church (295 Huntertown Rd, Versailles, KY 40383).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to organizations that were meaningful to Doris and her family, including the Doris Nowak & William E. Stilwell III Graduate Fellowship and the Woodford Youth Soccer Association.
