He is survived by: his wife Helen Gilbert Collins; his children, Jeff Collins, Tim Collins (Jeannie) and Sheila Bell (Mark); his siblings, Virginia "Jenny" Harris, Phyllis Edwards, Donnie Collins (Betsy), Eugene Lynch (Brenda), Randy Lynch (Ruth) and Michael Lynch; and his grandchildren, Andrew Collins, Brooklyn Bell, Savannah Bell, Tennis Bell, Bobby Cummins and Shane Cummins. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
