She was predeceased by: her children, Richard Smith Jr. and Kathleen Raye Keiser; her parents, Ernest Sloper and Elizabeth Sloper; her siblings, June Shimonowsky and William Sloper; and her husband Ted.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Kimberly Andrus (Clark) of Georgetown, Kentucky.. She is also survived by Five Great Grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
