It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary Wayne Yocum (Versailles, Kentucky), born in Hustonville, Kentucky, who passed away on October 20, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Sherman Clell Yocum and Margie Stidham Day; his children, Candance Leann Yocum and Michael Allen Cotts; and his siblings, Jimmy Glenn Yocum, Jerry Reed Yocum, Randal Ray Yocum and Dianne Paragon.

He is survived by : his wife Thelma Yocum; his sons, Travis Wayne Yocum, Jimmy Coots and Gary Lee Coots; his adoptive sons, Cody Marin, Felix Marin, Dana Reynolds (Ricky) and David Murphy (Heather); and his sisters, Kathy Brewer, Nancy Wiles (Gene) and Richmond. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
